If you order items from TJenaeInc. you are agreeing to our shipping policy.

The address provided is where the order placed will be sent to. Any mistakes made to the address cannot be changed after the confirmation email has been sent/received. Therefore we are unable to send a refund because we are not accountable for your mistakes.

We do not offer refunds to lost packages as once they are posted, it is no longer our responsibility. 

We don't accept returns for custom made products. All sales are final.

We offer standard shipping which is an affordable option for customers who don't mind waiting a few days.

All orders will be shipped within 1-6 business days after purchasing depending on the product. Each order will receive shipping information and tracking. 

SHIPPING TIMES AND PRICES:

The cost of shipping will vary depending on the product and weight. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday and do not including weekends or public holidays.

United States: 5-7 business days.

Due to issues with the COVID-19 outbreak, our processing and shipping time may be a bit slower. This can be anywhere from a few days to 4 weeks. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but this is out of our control.
