CLOTHING FAQs:

Q: What fit are the adult shirts?
A: Adult shirts are unisex sizing.

Q: What styles are offered? 
A: Short Sleeve Crew and V-neck shirts are available depending on the listing.  

Q: What sizes are offered for children?
A: ONESIES: newborn, 0-3m, 3-6,m 6-9m, 9-12m, 12- 18m. SHIRTS: 6M, 12M, 18M, 2T, XS(4/5), S(6/8), M(10/12), L(14/16) 

STICKER FAQs:

Q: Are the stickers weather proof?
A: There are two different stickers offered: Matte non-waterproof and matte waterproof. They vary in price.

CUSTOM DRAWINGS/ORNAMENTS/KEYCHAINS FAQs:

Q: How big are the custom picture ornaments? 
A: They are 2.5 x 2.5 inches, clear acrylic, with a water slide design. 

Q: How big are the custom picture keychains? 
A: They are 2 x 2 inches, clear acrylic, with the key ring attachment include. Key ring attachment is approx. 2 inches in length. 

Q: What pictures do I send for the ornaments/keychains? 
A: Any picture will do, but the clearest pictures with full body images are best! 

Q: How long do custom orders take? 
A: Custom orders can be 1-3 days processing. I will email you with updates and questions to make sure your custom order is perfect. Always check you email! 

SHIPPING FAQs:

Q: How long does shipping take? 
A: Standard shipping can take 2-5 days. This can vary due to COVID and the holiday season. Each order that is not a digital order will have tracking information provided to the email listed. 

Q: I ordered a digital drawing, what do I do? 
A: Send the picture you would like me to recreate and please continue to check your email. Once we have made any adjustments you will receive the image without a watermark to the email listed on the order. This will be a JPEG file. THIS IS NOT A PHYSICAL PRINT.
