REFUND/RETURN POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:

Refunds are available only if there is a mistake/defect with the product. I am happy to replace any product that has a mistake/defect at no additional cost.

Items will not be refunded due to shipping errors (please see shipping policy).

We don't accept returns or provide refunds for custom made products. All sales are final for custom orders. 

There are no refunds for digital purchases. Proofs will be sent before confirming the final design.
